Q: I was installing the IOS7 to my Iphone 5   after a while, the phone showed  the connect to itunes symbol.  I connected it to itunes on my desktop.  It said I had to restore my Iphone.  I clicked on restore.  After a few minutes I received an error message

I tried to download IOS7 to my Iphone 5.  After quite a while, my phone had the symbol to connect to Itunes.  I went to our desktop and did this. A message said I had to restore my phone.  I clicked on restore.  In a short while, I received a message saying my phone couldn't be restored and received error 3194 "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

So how do I fix this?  Can you help me?
