Speed change throws everything off. VisualHub no longer ?

Hello,

I've recently updated to mavericks.

This unfortuanltely lost my VisualHub.

Now when I import any file to Final Cut (DV from MPEG Stremclip or MP4) and use the speed change it throws everything off.

Not only do I have to render in order to hear it it changes the speed for a few seconds and then goes back to the regular speed.

I didn't have this problem when I originally converted the file to DV in VisualHub with Final Cut Ready feature. When I dropped them in my sequence I didn't have to render them.

Does anybody know how I can fix this or how can I get visualhub (Or some other program that will make the DV final cut ready) ?
