How to remove notification bubble on the settings ios 7.0.4

After installing iOS 7.0.4 I have a notification bubble above the settings. With the number 1.

I checked the update section, and it says my software is up to date 7.0.4

I checked all the settings sections for any new notification, there is nothing.

I searched the web, it looks like I am the only one on earth having this problem.

I can't remove the bubble from the settings!

Help?
