Q: Email refuse to be deleted from my from my inbox.
A week ago my emails started to come back as soon as I delete it. I removed my icloud account from both my IPad and IPhone. Tried to log in on ICloud and delete the mails from there, no luck. Tried to reset my ICloud account under advanced, ICloud tells me that the operation can not be completed. Returen 24 hours later (lock out period) and tried again, ICloud can not complete operation, tried again after another 24 hours, same problem.
Tried to contact Help center, but they want to call me back and since I am working in Africa at the moment with only satellite phone and data the system tells me that I have to enter a valid phone number? Apple does not recognize that some people use their devices off the grid and does not offer any backup at all to those people at all?
Please, please, please is there someone out there who can help! This is not only a productivity killer, but it's costing me thousands in satellite data downloads. I am even prepared to pay someone to solve this issue, please.
Very, very disappointed in Apple's lack of backup! Maybe it's time to take a new look at other systems who actually offers a backup service?
