How to disable Auto system software update

Hi with the release of IOS 7.0.4 my iphone 5 updated from 7.0.3 to 7.0.4 without my permission automatically by downloading it at background.This is not acceptable since its my choice if i want to update or stay on the current version.

So could someone tells me how to disable automatic system update

The only solution I have found for this is to have your phone so full of data the update is too big to download. One way of doing this is to download movies or other big files that you don't need but just to fill the iPhone. When storage is running low you just delete one of the files and you can use that space to useful things.

Maybe some programmer can make an application that can read available space and automatically creates files to match wanted free space?

I only left 5 gb after it auto download the freaking update which is why it is so annonying.In the first place i was not even told that it will auto update man.Till yesterday night while watching video it pop out saying it has been downloaded and ask me to install now or later. i hope there is a fix on this matter otherwise it is against consumer right
