I am running iOS Maverick and just got Logic 10. The download took a while but the installation is taking forever. I deleted and uninstalled it, reinstalled again and same thing is happening. It keeps geting stuck at the "installing" stage (screenshot) How long should I let it be "installing" for?

The actual application is relatively small but on first run it needs to download 2gig of basic content. Logic won't run until this basic 2gig content has downloaded and installed so that depends on the speed of your internet connection along with network traffic.
Once the 2gig basic content has downloaded and installed Logic will run but there is an additional 32gig of instruments etc that will download and install. You can use Logic in the meantime though as long as you have the 2gig basic content.
We are aware of the 2gig download, that went off without a hitch! The problem is the install following the download.. it just gets stuck and sits there! you cant open a logic window until its finished and I actually let it install over night, checked it the next morning and still installing.. please advise if you have a fix!
Please advise if you found a fix or a workaround! I personally dont need the added content.. I have sounds for days!
Please let me know if you happen to solve this yourself in the mean time. I'm in the same boat. It's frustrating as ****. Someone in another thread advised to attempt the install in safe mode. Didn't work for me, but perhaps for you?
