iTunes could not connect to this (my) iPhone (or iPad)? An unknown error ocurd (OxE8000003)

I cannot connect my iPhone and iPad to iTunes because of unknown error OxE8000003.What I have to do in order to connect my devices to iTunes?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
