I just changed to an iPad air with the new iOS. When I try to post articles from Safari I get a message that says its unable to post tweet because connection to Twitter failed. I can't find the place in settings to fix this. I have no problem signing into Twitter and posting direct tweets.

Have you tried a reset? Hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.
Yep I had the same issue when I changed to iOS 7. Go to Settings, Twitter, select your account, delete the account.
Now Add Account to put it in again. Try again in Safari.

I've had this problem with any new device I've gotten to upgrade an old Apple one (iphone or ipad).
Go to settings, Twitter, and delete your account; then re-add it. That should do the trick! Good luck.
