Been attacked by spainsh police virus (malware virus) and cannot seem to get rid of the page from my mac.
Please anyone out there help me get rid of it. I tried to get rid of it asking apple but got stuck on finding the app.

welll ive done some research seems to be a spam from hackers asking for money.
I havent gone along with any of the instructions with the spam.
It seems to be impossible to quit out which seems to be the main problem. Tried everything click red x, trying to turn the computer off and running the computer out of battery all have not worked.

Don't pay them a thing. It's a scam.
It will have hijacked your browser or other functions.
Presumably as posting here you can view other pages or are you posting from a different computer?

One of the early variants of this (FBI version) could apparently be defeated by doing a Safari reset with all options checked:
Choose Reset Safari, then tick all boxes below:
anc choose reset (it will clear cookies and pre-cached website data).
Retsrat Safari.
May or may not help.
