the last week i have problem with my id account, in one day my password stop working, i'll tryed several times and when deside to change my password via using the my e-mail but e-mail dot not comming, help

Dear apple support,


I'm typing from my new account because i cant get access to my previews , i tryed to reset my password via email but mail dot not sent to me, and i cant proceed the process, please help me to return my old account.

We are not Apple employees. You should not post your email address in a public forum and I have asked the moderators to remove it from your post.


Do not buy anything with the new Apple ID or it will always be tied to that Apple ID. Try to get the problems with the original Apple ID resolved with help from Apple. If you have been locked out of your account try here for help.
