Q: i came over from united states and got a laptop in united kingdom and can't change over my iTunes account to uk,say must used up all my currency but i can't buy anything on iTunes for 88cent plus it won't let me download all the songs i have or play them

I Came over from Usa too united kingdom bought a apple macbook pro w/ retina and it wont let me switch over my itunes acc too united kingdom store without using up my 88cent on itune account ,problem is nothing you can buy on itunes for 88cent.Also it shows my songs but it wont play them,shows them playing but no sound,so i think my itunes has a bug or glitch.
