Can't install Maverick because a recovery system can't be created. Install from 10.6.8

Hi,

I've desperatelly tried to install Maverick for 2 weeks on my Imac late 2007 OSX 10.6.8.

After the install process had started I get a message "recovery system can't be created"

The HD is dual boot with windows XP, I don't know if this is the issue.

Maverick was downloaded from app store.

Can you help ?
