Hi, strange ipad question... I have ipad 3, retina and I receive FaceTime calls from my kids ipad 2, but nothing happens when I call their ipad. I can call other iPhones, etc, but just not their ipad.... I have rechecked their user name etc, deleted and re-entered their contact info... Please help. IOS7 for all devices.

on both of your ipads make sure you use different accounts.
you can edit this buy going to settings app>facetime>toggle off>toggle on>sign in and trythe calling again
My Apple ID and my kids are different IDs
Good then try doing this on both ipads

I did this on both iPads and my kids calls mine fine.... But my ipad won't call theirs.... It just rings and rings in my ipad...theirs sits there with nothing happening
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
after reboot connect to wifi and sign in to facetime
try calling after that
My iPad can call,other iPhones etc just fine.... Just not my kids ipad

Yes, I use it all the time.... Hasn't worked since iOS7 ..... I got it to work, but only by using my phone number on my Ipad.... Weird.... Should work with just email...
I am having the same problem. I agree....I think this is associated with IOS 7.... I had no problem with Facetime until I downloaded IOS7. I am going to contact Apple and advise them of this problem. This was one of the reasons I bought an ipad was to Facetime my Grandchildren and now with these problems I can't!!! Every time a new update comes out I'm afraid to download it for fear that it will screw up my ipad!!
