I forgot my restrictions pass code on my iPhone, Apple says I can't retrieve that info so I need to reset my entire phone. My problem is when I go to reset, it asks me for the restrictions passcode before I can start the process. I have my phone backed up by iCloud if that has anything to do with the problem
