My I phone 4 has a fuzzy sound when I put my ear/headphones??

My I phone has being having this fuzzy sound when I

Put my ear/head phones in the head jack.

Yesterday I took the I phone to the repairs shop and installed

A new screen and a new head jack.

And it still is a bit fuzzy !!

HELP!
