How do I find the Mail folder in the Library?

I'm really trying to get apple mail to work here. A lot of people have been saying to go into the Mail folder in Library and trash/remove etc the preference file

Thing is, I don't seem to have one. I looked in both Libraries but nothing is there. Is this what the issue is?

Any help with this would be nice. I got Airmail but it makes my machine run really hot for some reason (72 degrees C even when nothing is going on)
