Nov 16, 2013 4:30 PMby Ralph Landry1,Restart holding both the Command and R keys, then select Utilities, then Terminal. In Terminal type exactly:
resetpassword
And press Return.
In the Reset Password windoe, select the hard drive if you have more than one, the user and then type a new password, twice, and Save...and accept the dialog that opens. Reset permission if you see that, and then restart from the apple drop down on the menu bar.
