Do I need to reinstall MS Office 2011 after upgrading to Mavericks ?

I've seen reports of some users having issues with Office 2011 and Mavericks

and had to re-install (See More Like This--------------------------------->>>)

.....but I have not had any problems

You will at least need to apply the update. I believe that can be done before upgrading to Mavericks. If you have trouble, then as Tony T1 says, uninstall fully then reinstall, but I have had no issues o any of my Macs. Update applied to all.
