Could an ipad mini be wiped or reformatted and loaded with preferred IOS? Just a curious thought?
Having many issues with the IOS 7.0.3 is it possible for the mini to be wiped or reformatted and loaded with the preferred IOS of choice on his or her own device like the PC computer could be? Just curious!!
