Why I can't open my Facebook & Instagram apps in my IPhone 4S ??

It's been a week since I can't use my Facebook and Instagram in my IPhone 4s. I updated it to the latest OS 7.0.4.

When I touch the little icon it's seems like

It's going to open, then the screan blinks and comeback to home screen mode, same thing with Instagram.

I closed all my apps ( when you double puch the button and you swiped up). I also turn off my cellphone, turned on again, and still not working.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

Returning to the home screen after trying to open an app indicates the app has crashed.

Check Settings > General > Usage and make sure you have a reasonable amount of space on your iPhone.

Thanks for your answer, I was reading the link you sent me and, I found that pictures take a lot of space.

How can I delet them? One by one? If I delete the pictures will they really be erased? Because I use to backup my cellphone often and, when I updated to the new IOS I majority of my pictures were there. Now if I erased them maybe they will keept somewhere in the phone no?

To manage photos, you can start with Settings > General > Usage > Photos & Camera. That should itemize a bit better where the photos are that take the space. Camera Roll is local to your iPhone, so if you delete photos from there, expect them to be deleted everywhere. Other accounts may be saved other places in addition to your iPhone, and may be safer to delete. It just depends on your personal setup - what accounts you use and where they are stored in addition to your iPhone.

Another thought is possibly these other accounts can stay where they are on other devices (your PC, for example), and simply stop syncing them to your iPhone. You can set all that up pretty simply in iTunes on your computer when your iPhone is connected -- simply choose the Photos tab in the iPhone's area and change the sync rule.
