Outlook for Mac 2011: Make a list from mail in a folder?

How to export addresses from a folder? ...and into Contacts? How to reply to all mail in a folder?

I'd like to be able to access the addresses of those who've emailed me. I want to be able to work with them in various ways.

Like, I have a folder of folks who are in a group. I want to email all of them back. How?

I've heard that I can work with the Contacts aspect -- so far I read that I can add people one at a time to my Contacts. Forget that! I have hundreds of emails in this folder that I want to reply to! I want to add everyone in a Folder to a Contacts list with the group name.

I also read an article that says you can make a Rule that will do this. ...But the article was about some other version/type of Outlook. ??

Shouldn't there be easy ways to do these obvious tasks?
