How do I set up my email address in safari for virgin media? I have entered incoming host name imap.virginmedia.com and outgoing smtp.virginmedia.com but it cannot verify account. I have copied these settings from my previous ipad which also has a virgin media email

Compare what you did to this. If it still doesn't work, you'll have to contact thier support people. (Verifiying your account with Virgin media has nothing to do with Apple or iCloud.)
