Q: I have the 5S and now it has the old way of voice mail... how do I get the old one back

I have the 5S, now I can't see who leaves me a voice mail... how do I change that back?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

You may need to contact your carrier to ensure your phone is properly configure with the voicemail feature on their phone plan. There are some other ideas at: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4430
