Hi I've lost my iTunes went to purchases they are gone

My tunes are missing from my purchase last week I purchased a second hand iMac loaded it up with my stuff the iMac kept crashing too back to the shop think I took all my stuff off the mac returned it to the shop. Since the gone on to iTunes to my cloud to download some songs but all my tunes are gone?
