Can't find Siri in settings

Hi I can't find Siri in General , settings can anyone advise thanks

If you have an iPad 2 as indicated, you will not have Siri.

can I install Siri .

I have seen on YouTube that this can be done has anyone else tried this thanks

Siri will require an iPad 3 or higher. There is no download available.
