I was upgrading the iTunes software on my phone and received an error that the USB Hub was not working properly - I was instructed to unplug the USB charger and select reset then continue.  This did not work and locked up my phone and computer.  I was able to restart my computer but if I try pluging in my iphone charger to continue the software upgrade it happens again.  The problem is that my phone is locked - I have tried holding the on/off and open button to do a hard reset but it takes me to the screen to connect to iTunes - then goes back to a black screen - how do I get my phone back on?
