my command J option is not working. Nothing is coming up. what's the fix?, my command J option is not working. Nothing is coming up. what's the fix?

I have lion on both my power mac and mac pro. My screen, icons, etc., are now huge. i have to navigate all over just to see one page, so of course i'm bugged. I can easily hit 'command J' on my power book, but on by monster mac, it's just not functioning.

I go to Finder, with all other apps closed, no other windows open, go to View, then show options, and i get nothing.

How do I fix this?

Thank you.

i am running lion: 10.7.5 on both.

but i fixed it! one of the folks i let use the computer re-set the display. That was preventing the view function to show options. Maybe they can not see too well 😉 but i'm happy now! i just set it back to normal.

Thank you for your response anyhoooooooo.
