my computer wont let me download iTunes.

iTunes somehow got deleted on my computer, i then followed the instructions on the website on uninstalling all of the apple programs and then restart the computer. I then checked to make sure they were uninstalled. i then tried to download iTunes and it tells me that it cant download. I dont know what to do!
