EFI Update 1.3 did not fix the unresponsive trackpad issue!

Anyone else still experiencing issues with an unresponsive trackpad (especially when scrolling) on their MacBooks?

C'mon Apple!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

I have only seen one user with the same problem, but nobody else.

If you still has got the problem, make a backup of your files with Time Machine and take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller to get it replaced. The new one shouldn't have the same problem after installing this EFI update

Despite the update that was performed by Apple before I bought the MacBook Pro (retina 13,3) last week, I have the issue. And as the keyboard doesn't work I couldn't enter the password and I needed to manually turn off the computer and lost part of my work.

Another issue is also the impossibility to reverse the scrolling direction on the trackpad, despite unchecking "natural" in the preference/trackpad thumbnail.

What is Apple doing ? This is a 1500$ product ! COme on !
