My sound isn't working because of 'Safe Boot'. How do I fix it? How do I turn off 'Safe Boot'. I need my sound to work again.

I loged off my computer and I need to go back on the my sound wasn't working. I need my sound to work again. In the top right coner when I log out in red says, 'Safe Boot'. Could someone please help me?

Restart and your Mac should start up in normal mode, so you can use speakers again.

If it doesn't work, reset the PRAM > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379

If nothing works, open Terminal (in /Applications/Utilities) and type:

sudo nvram -d boot-args

Finally, restart your computer
