Nov 18, 2013 1:48 AM in response to Atafayaby King_Penguin,You are sure that it's a rescue email address that you have on your account and not an alternate/secondary email address ? The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address, if you aren't getting the link on your account on http://appleid.apple.com then that implies that you don't, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
