Try Character Styles > None in the text / styles toolbar

May 4, 2014 5:51 PM in response to Backcrawlerby RARoss,I had the same problem but by chance found how to highlight and unhighlight the text. In the format side bar under FONT, select the setting button (looks like a gear or cog next to "underline button". That brings up a menu, select "Character Fill Color" and you can change the highlighting on your text.
I agree on Backcrawler's comment. This version is a step backward not forward.

Jun 6, 2014 1:55 AM in response to Backcrawlerby MNGAND014,just hover over the hilighted part and a script will pop up for you to leave a comment, all you do is press delete to unhighlight the section you hovering abover.
