turnoff Find My iPhone without internet connection

I'm abroad and using wifi on my phone; my wifi is currently not working, and I cannot restore my phone without turning off Find My iPhone, which requires a wifi connection. Any help is greatly appreciated.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
