Can I find an email I accidentally deleted while I was composing it? nd how to do it?

How can I find an email I was composing and accidentally deleted?

Unless you saved it as a draft, it is gone.

Return to what you were writing with it fresh in your mind and try your best to re-create it. You could always compose in TextEdit, saving along the way and then copy and paste it into an email when finished.

Incidentally your profile says 10.0.x No way! I guess it is at least 10.6.8.
