I've done the last update for( iPhone4) iOS 7.0.4 and the IMessages still isn't working.

Also I did all your steps that you mentioned on your Apple support to resolve iMassages trouble.

I tried by used Wifi and 3G and the trouble didn't resolve .

is the trouble related about old version iPhone 4 that make it does not accept any update?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4, I have Wifi and Cellural(3G) on moi

What exactly is the problem? All you're saying is that it doesn't work. How does it not work? what happens when you try?
