Can't load emails from COX

I'm having trouble with my iphone 4 receiving incoming emails from my COX email account. I do have the latest iOS 7. I have to delete my COX account from my iPhone and then reinstall it to get anything. It works fine for a few hours, and then it happens all over again. Any ideas?
