Q: I restored my phone, and it is asking me for my iCloud password which i have forgotten, now i cant use my phone is there any way of using my phone without having to log in?

As I said, you can recover forgotten passwords using the link I posted.

You can't use your phone without doing this.

A reset email has been sent to the email address used by the Apple ID, when it arrives, follow the instructions within it.
