    i have also the problem.

    how many of us should be blocked for Apple to offer a real correction because action plan in the Article is a joke.

    Apple won't sell more 5S by blocking 4S !

    Same here - tried everything including full wipe and restore even tried restoring to a 2012 back up and no joy! My wifi is greyed out on my 4s and my Bluetooth is constantly 'thinking' about showing me the buttons to switch it on! Another apple epic fail in my view! Had nothing but problems since the 7.0 onwards updates :-(

    I'm experiencing the same problems With one iPad (latest model with latest Wi-Fi chip set), iPhone 4s and an iPhone 5, all on IOS 7.0.4. Two older iPads of my children, but with retina display and older Wi-Fi chip set are not experiending any problems at all Since upgrading from IOS 7.0.2 to 7.0.4 via 7.0.3. In 7.0.2 neither apparatus had a problem. In 7.0.3. it started to go wrong and in 7.0.4. where my family of 5 persons all expected to see a solution for the Wi-Fi DEBACLE, it only got worse.

    3 out of 5 persons are cut off from the internet, and that in 2013!

    All five of us are turning from Apple lovers into Apple HATERS!!!

    Oh yeah, all of us are browsing the SAMSUNG site now on the tow remaining iPads, that is as long as Apple allows us to have a conection.

    Apple=Fail.

    I have the same problem starting Dec 17 connecting wifi with my iphone 4s. Wifi dropped. Wifi setting grey out. ...

    I used Airport router and followed these steps (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1218) to update the firmware on my Airport via Airport Utiltiy. That seems to have solved whatever the problem was. No Wifi drop for over 15min!

    Here my two cents as one who switched from PC to Apple eight years ago: With PC, often the inexplicable fix was restart, reset, repeat. Is Apple going the way of PC?
