I want to begin my website with short film, with a skip option; to be viewed on an ipad and iphone

I am a photographer and film maker. I want to begin my website with a short film that immediately when my website opens starts; with a link to skip movie directly to website. How do I make this happen on a ipad and iphone smoothly. My web developer created the film with a link to youtube.com, it worked beautifully on all computers and all devices EXCEPT iphone and ipad. Please help me and my developer to make this happen.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1, all ipads and iphones

What is your technical support question for other users in these user to user support forums?

Honestly, the web developer should be able to make this work and if he cannot, find a different one that can.

Let me rephrase this I wanted to place a short film I created to enter my website, my web designer created it and it works on all computers and all phone devices EXCEPT iPhones and iPads because they are not compatible with flash. Question how do I accomplish this when iPads and iPhones don't accept flash????

Ditch Flash and use HTML 5 instead. That's how you accomplish it.
