My iPhone got wet and I dried it and put in rice for 30 hrs. When I plugged it in it showed me the iTunes logo and lead. What does this mean.

It's asking you to plug your iPhone into iTunes on your computer.

I wouldn't hope for much chance of rescuing your iPhone. They don't do well after being wet.
