Q: My iPhone 4S got wet I dried it out and left it in rice. When I plugged it back in it showed me the iTunes logo and lead. What does this mean?

My iPhone got wet and I dried it and put in rice for 30 hrs. When I plugged it in it showed me the iTunes logo and lead. What does this mean.
