I can't swipe to delete some songs since the iOS7 update... how do i get rid of them?

Since the new feature of having all your purchases on your library downloaded or not, some of the really annoying iTunes christmas songs are stuck without being able to swipe to delete them. I dont want to keep skipping them or make a new playlist of all my songs, how do i delete them?
