A Quicktime Movie as my screensaver

I have a Quicktime movie that I want to make my screensaver. How can I go about doing this?

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

Is there any way that I can make the movie a .qtz file? and if so then how would I do that?

The Developer Tools can allow you to use Quartz Composer software and save your work as a screen save .qtz file format.
You would then "select" this file using the System Preferences/Desktop & Screen Saver.

So I would import the QuickTime video into Quartz composer? Sorry I am new to this/
