Q: When sending sms we find that several of the receipients are not receiving the messages.  The imessage setting is off. we are sending to a wide variety of phones.  Even staff iphones don't receive the message. Any ideas?

We use the iPhone as a bulletin communication tool for Grain, Rural Supplies and Banking on a daily basis. We find that there are customers not receiving the SMS messages, and haven't been for a while.

There are a mixture of phones where this is happening including iphone 5s, Nokia's etc.

We are using it for group text messaging, however we don't have the group text option in the messaging setting.

Please advise how we can rectify this as it is harvest time and our customers require the information.
