Since my husband upgraded to the latest OS he is receiving my text messages and I am NOT receiving them. We have disabled Imessage on both phones. I did not upgrade to the latest version OS

My husband upgraded to OS 7.0.3 recently. He is now receiving my text messages. I did NOT upgrade my iphone. Both of us have turned off iMessage. What can we do to stop him from receiving my text messages and allow me to receive them?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.3
