Is there anyway i can get a replacement for this happening?
I have sprint and my iphone 5 tells me no sim inserted all the time would i be able to get a replacement for this issue ?

Ask Sprint to resolve the problem for you since it's their SIM (and possibly you bought the phone from them.)
