Everytime I make a call or get a call the volume sound is so low I can barely hear the other person the way I use

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If the issue persists, basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
Why when I downloaded 7.04 iOS it made my phone calls either cut out or I can't hear the other person like I use to even tho my volume is set to high ? How can I fix this?
