If you are still having trouble with adding your contacts you can:

    1) Take it to your carrier and they can transfer them over for you (May Add a Fee)

    2) You can go to apple.com/retail and find a store near you and then click on store detail in the box on the right and then scroll down to the Make A Reservation Section and click "Genius Bar" Screen Shot 2014-01-21 at 10.20.48 PM.png

and make a reservation at your earliest conveince and have the retail store transfer over your contacts for you. The Appointment is also at no charge for you.

    GoodLuck

Everyfly go to the Apple store and they can do I it there. Or you can even go to any carrier store and they have devices that can do that.

You should be storing all contacts on your computer.  Certainly there is a way to get the contacts from your computer to your Galaxy

Go to iCloud.com on your computer and select contacts and then select all contacts and click the option button on the left bottom corner and click export vCard file. Then copy that file into galaxy and open contacts in galaxy phone and from the options select import contacts and select the vcard file you copied into the phone.
