Hi,
After my ipad came back from service, i tried to turn it on. I connected it to pc, turned on itunes, it showed that ipad is running in emergency mode and i need to use recovery to unlock it. I did the recovery thing, but after that ipad restarted and itunes is keep showing me that ipad is in emergency mode (on the ipad screen i can see the itunes mark, cant do anything on it). I did the recovery thing couple of times and it still shows that ipad is in emergency mode. Please help me!

Hey deeer,

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with your iPad. From the symptoms you described, it sounds like you are being prompted to restore continuously. The following article outlines information on restore loops:

Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)

Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please try to troubleshoot security software issues.

Thanks,

Matt M.
