Nov 19, 2013 3:24 AM in response to lllaassby kelvinbrammer,The restore from backup process has now finished and I now get a message saying that loads of apps could not be installed because they could not be found. But they are all listed in my apps library. How can I recover these and especially the progress in those games that have taken my daughter a few months to achieve?

Nov 19, 2013 3:55 AM in response to kelvinbrammerby lllaass,That message means that iTunes can't find the actual app files
Try:
iTunes: Finding lost media and downloads
Next delete and redownload
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Nov 26, 2013 12:29 PM in response to lllaassby kelvinbrammer,Thank. I have had to delete all apps that were listed as missing and re-download them. This seems to have worked. I have now restored from backup and all game progresses appear to be there.
Thanks again.

Nov 30, 2013 8:36 AM in response to kelvinbrammerby mcfeather93,I downloaded the ios 6.1.5 update for my iPod Touch 4th generation and it completely fried it. My iPod was working completely fine and then I downloaded it and it completely froze. I tried doing everything to restore it, even the Apple support people tried to fix it, and nothing is working. The apple people put it in recovery mode but iTunes loses connection with the iPod whenever it starts restoring it. Apple says all I can do now is buy a new one. So angry considering it was working perfectly fine right before I downloaded it. Any suggestions?

Dec 9, 2013 12:19 PM in response to mcfeather93by Mrchicksta,The iOS 6.1.5 update also stuffed up my iPod 4th gen. The charging is completely stuffed. I could charge my iPod before the update but now I have to fiddle around with the charger and my iPod for a few minutes just to charge it. Is there anyway I can fix this. Also, sometimes when I plug my iPod into the charger a message comes up saying, 'Ipod charging is not compatible.' PLEASE HELP!

Dec 9, 2013 6:01 PM in response to kelvinbrammerby rdbreunig,Lol... same thing happened to me, but my iPod was froze on the updating screen with the apple and the progress bar. I'm going to let it run out of battery, recharge it and see if I can get it to work, but I'm afraid my iPod might be dead for good. D:

Jan 11, 2014 1:56 AM in response to Mrchickstaby Lidlaznkid,I have that problem with the iPod/iPhone block charger but when I use my mom's iPad charger (she has the latest one) I don't have the issue with my iPod not charging. My iPod also charges fine from my laptop as well. Hope that helps. :)
