Everytime I open iTunes, I have to accept the user ageement. Also, my preferences have to be rest with each start up.

I have the most recent version of iTunes. and all my products are up to date. Each time I start iTunes, I have to accept the user agreement. If it closes and reopens, the same thing. Also. I set my preferences, but when iTunes has been closed and reopend, my preferences are gone.
